Finale

The day of the final presentation has arrived. Anticipation is building as we meet up to share our outcomes and presentations from two weeks of working in the extraordinary.

Time boxes have to end, if we varied Scope, Resource and Time it would be complete project management chaos!

At the meeting I’ll be talking about what we have delivered and the lessons we have learned. You can find my presentation here:

Instant feedback via twitter

Initial feedback has been really positive, the daily work packages have been a key talking point.

Next Steps?

The natural home for this alpha is still within NHS Digital Domain A, pairing up with Richard Robinson in the Apps and Wearables workstream. It is still 2–4 weeks development from becoming a solid alpha deliverable though.

It fits here because there are two key NHS commitments the app supports:

  • March 2019: Wearables data available to view in the patient record
  • March 2020: 25% of Citizens uploading wearable and tele-health information into their health record which aids them to manage their own health and care.
